Customer Success and Support Representative

We are working with an exciting start up tech company based in Rosebank who are looking for a Customer Success and Support Representative to join their growing team. You will be responsible for supporting their ongoing client relationships by being the face of the company. About the role:

• Be responsible for customer success
• Facilitate client engagements
• Organise their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems efficiently
• Meet with clients
• Field feedback and requests
• Work with the technical team to provide client feedback
• Assist with on boarding, installation, and training
• Process support requests and communicate resolutions with the client
• Assist with on site support and engagements where necessary
• Report on client health and status
• Hybrid working arrangement

About you:

• Strong client service skills
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding of Software / Cloud Services
• The ability to manage multiple customer accounts
