We are looking for a qualified digital media sales specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be supporting our marketing efforts by selling new media, promotional and digital campaign assets to a niche client audience.
If you know how to creatively pair various online and offline marketing media, like advertising, events, video production, influencers, blogs and editorial, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to co-ordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement through established and new leads.

To identify potential leads, target and create future leads.
You will identify clients and decision makers at each step through the whole spectrum of influence.
You will be able to hunt down, track and make contact in any manner possible to achieve your contact goal.
Design digital media campaign proposals aligned with our clients’ business goals.
Close each opportunity, co-ordinate media bookings, manage and implement the output to the end by presenting written reports.
Ensure that clients are billed and pay timeously.
Co-ordinate the creation of digital content through accurate briefing with our team in a timeous manner (e.g. advertising, editorial, press releases and live products)
Manage end-to-end digital projects (from client relations, booking, getting payment, liaising with the digital teams, co-ordinating reporting and close off of campaigns)
Develop promotional ideas to boost brand and sales
Maintain a strong online company voice through your personal contacts on social media, for example: LinkedIn and Facebook
Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Monitor ROI and KPIs
Promote the company in a positive light to target potential clients
Ensure understanding of the relevant clients and how we are able to assist them
Travel is sometimes required to meet clients
Provide DETAILED weekly status reports
Work towards and achieve set targets
Regular composition and sending of emailers to potential clients with specials and campaigns that you have come up with
To attain client testimonials and pass on to the digital team for marketing purposes
Proven work experience as a Digital media sales specialist
A proven record of meeting targets consistently
A high degree of dedication
A proven record of cold calling and finding the right decision-making prospect through your network or telephonically
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
