My client, a leading eCommerce food delivery company in South Africa that are leading the way in the industry is looking for a Key Account Manager.
Duties and responsibilities:
Developing and managing long term partnerships with key national restaurant brands and act as their primary point of contact
Increasing revenue from existing accounts by consulting with national partners and developing partner strategies.
Provide national partners with weekly and monthly performance reports
Working cross functionally within the business between the finance, marketing and operations team to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally.
Coordinate selling efforts across the team to execute large scale on-boarding of national partners.
Attributes required:
Key Account Management experience
Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry
Excellent communications skills.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of hitting goals and targets
Competence in Excel
Minimum 3 years key account experience
Bachelors Degree or relevant other tertiary qualification
