A leading specialist insurance provider to partners around the world is looking for a Sales Manager to join their sport loving team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has management experience within the financial services or call centre environment.

About the role:

• Managing the sales team
• Reviewing trends and generated leads
• Providing recommendations for skill development and training
• Ensure that KPIs are identified, communicated and measured
• Lead team meetings
• Compile sales reports

About you:

• Management experience
• Strong customer service skills
• 5 years of Sales Management experience
• Insurance qualification or industry experience beneficial
