Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate product owner with strong technical acumen to manage the development backlog and project roadmap for their Salesforce CRM and Marketing Clouds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Manager and other Product Owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • You will create, own, and maintain the product roadmap, including the scoping, sizing and prioritisation of initiatives that will deliver value against KPIs
  • Collaborate across numerous teams to ensure deadlines are met and all issues, changes and projects are effectively resolved & communicated
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and document the functional requirements of the product/feature.
  • Translate the product vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Prioritise work for the technical teams, based on business value and technical considerations
  • Ensure that development teams are producing incremental and relevant product value.
  • Lead the sprint plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Oversee development stages (engaging in all ceremonies) This includes running day-to-day ceremonies of a product team including standup, planning, grooming and retrospectives
  • Run user acceptance testing with team and ensure product quality
  • Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Five + years of experience in project management or product ownership
  • Experience with CRM platforms in a retail environment executing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience leading, planning, and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform capabilities to support the execution of email and customer relationship management (CRM) marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
