MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics Consultants (2 or 3) for a full-time assignment for 3-4 months, with possible longer-term possibilities, based in South Africa or The Netherlands but working remotely from home. Terms and conditions will depend on experience and skills. Proven ability to work successfully in a start-up context will define a longer-term commitment.

What we are looking for are Consultants who can lead in:

  • Setting up a business in Dynamics (Common Data model) from scratch.
  • Enter all master data / “set” all settings, including a piece of transfer so that we can easily manage this in the future ourselves (for example for Demo purposes). This knowledge transfer is desirable in all areas.
  • All fields that are not used must be removed from the screens.
  • Fields must be arranged in a logical order for housing associations. This means a (possible) reclassification.
  • Advice on expansion Common Data Model, and on usage Common Data Services.
  • Advice on how to record customer assets in, for example, Field Service.
  • Advice on what the Customer service is intended for, what it covers, and what it is not intended for. The same applies to Field Service and Marketing.
  • Organizing processes within Customer Service and Field Service, where the processes are divided into small parts and where we want to use the Dynamics standards. Use of Power Automate for steps in the process, or entirely within Dynamics 365.
  • Assist in fine-tuning after steps 1 to 3 of the various processes in Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing.
  • Transfer and Documentation so that the specific design is documented and that we are involved in the design of the processes, to be able to maintain it ourselves in the future.
  • We need Consultants who have hands-on experience in setting up and configuring Dynamics and Common Data Model with Master Data. And for setting up processes within Customer Service and Field Service. It is essential to know and explain the ins and outs of Dynamics 365, CDM, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing. Knowledge of Power Automate is a bonus. Demonstrable experience in implementations. Ability to advise and educate us on product knowledge and all known pitfalls that must be avoided during the implementation. We can and will provide the required knowledge of the corporation industry and processes. Knowledge and affinity with Dutch language is preferred. Ability to work effectively remotely is essential, and flexibility to work within European time zone.
