MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics Consultants (2 or 3) for a full-time assignment for 3-4 months, with possible longer-term possibilities, based in South Africa or The Netherlands but working remotely from home. Terms and conditions will depend on experience and skills. Proven ability to work successfully in a start-up context will define a longer-term commitment.

What we are looking for are Consultants who can lead in:

We need Consultants who have hands-on experience in setting up and configuring Dynamics and Common Data Model with Master Data. And for setting up processes within Customer Service and Field Service. It is essential to know and explain the ins and outs of Dynamics 365, CDM, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing. Knowledge of Power Automate is a bonus. Demonstrable experience in implementations. Ability to advise and educate us on product knowledge and all known pitfalls that must be avoided during the implementation. We can and will provide the required knowledge of the corporation industry and processes. Knowledge and affinity with Dutch language is preferred. Ability to work effectively remotely is essential, and flexibility to work within European time zone.

MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
