Group Product Manager

My client is in the Health tech space looking at creating accessible medical and pharmaceutical care nationwide!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set and lead the direction for a specific product area in close collaboration with the broader leadership team.
• Mentor, coach and grow a team of outstanding product managers, product designers, user researchers and others, creating the context and culture where they deliver, grow and thrive.
• Define the product vision, strategy, metrics and roadmap for a product area, in line with the holistic company goals, and evangelise this both to your team and across the company.
• Work with the broader product function to evolve practices, improve ways of working and create a place where people thrive.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• You’re an experienced product leader with a proven track record of product delivery.
• You understand the importance of using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision making. You use every opportunity to hone your team’s intuition and sensibilities to use the right data.
• You’re a practical and creative leader. You know how all the elements of product delivery work, and you bring them together with precision.
• You love working with people. You’re an engaged coach and manager, who knows how to empower product managers to deliver, grow and have fun along the way.
• You’re eager to learn and evolve. Whether it’s leadership, a product craft, business strategy or industry trends, you’re always pushing yourself to learn more and be better.
• At least 4 years of experience as a digital product manager.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry would be advantageous, but it is not required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications in product management, design, data analytics, scrum, process engineering etc are advantageous.
