MAIN PURPOSE
To partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure a fit for purpose fulfillment solution by providing
the right business processes, functional systems support & performance reporting to ensure a
positive user experience, driving efficiency & profitability
Champion the business user needs by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for
existing processes & systems
KEY OUTCOMES
Identify new & enhance existing online fulfilment processes
o Through user input and collaboration design and create innovative, fit for purpose
(simplicity, safety vs. risk) and future fit business processes to transform the business to
achieve its objectives and improve profitability
o Partner with IT in gathering requirements, solution design & user testing to support online
fulfilment initiatives
o Verify, validate and approve business and system readiness for implementation
o Take accountability for and monitor existing and new business processes and related
systems to ensure they are efficient and effective
o Develop new business measures and validate existing business measures to ensure that
they are still relevant and compliant
Manage change effectively as the business environment changes
o Ensure the change impacts are identified, planned for and resourced appropriately
o Validate existing business measures to ensure whether they are still relevant for the
required change
o Redesign existing business measures to ensure that they are fit for purpose (simplicity,
safety vs. risk)
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
o Identifying opportunities for collaboration within the team, the organisation and external
service providers to ensure improved user experience
o Supporting and enabling relevant business initiatives & projects

Proactively conceptualise and partner with relevant stakeholders (IT, Risk) on the
development of relevant business processes and solution designs to ensure business
continuity in the event of emergency situations
o Ensure the Business Continuity Plan is developed and updated regularly
Create, manage and provide input into the budgeting process
o Conduct cost benefit analyses
o Inform decision making
o Business case compilation
Provide input into related training content
o brief the relevant stakeholders on any process & systems changes that impact training
material
o review training content & support training where required
Process & user support
o Provide support on all business processes escalated by stores/IT
o Assist stores with addressing changes to ways of working/process

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Diploma / Degree
5+ Years Relevant Experience ( preferably in online/retail fulfilment )
Advanced PC literacy
Knowledge of:
o Retail/Fulfilment Processes and Operations
o Business Management
o Project /change Management
o Retail/Fulfilment Productivity Metrics
