UX Design Lead

Looking for strong doers that are capable to lead by example working closely with Experience Director to ensure clients needs are met. This is a consulting firm hence needing individuals that can be consultative, put your hand up and speak your mind when required to ensure both internal and external stakeholders get the best possible experience.

Reporting to the Experience Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship for UX Designers.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and business to solve complex challenges and craft user-centric solutions.

• Customer centricity
• User-centered design
• Wireframing & prototyping
• Research skills: Qualitative and quantitative
• Usability testing
• Chairing workshops & meetings
• Project & people management

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in UX Design.
• Experience in leading design teams.
• Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.
