The Company
My client is a leader in online forex trading. With a global reach they have offices all over the world and have been on a massive growth period throughout the last 5 years.

The Role
Due to a restructure thanks to their growth they are now looking for a Head of Acquisition who understands all digital and offline marketing channels. They require someone who is hardworking and analytical who can present their progress to stakeholders across the globe.

Main Job Responsibilities
* Develop and plan marketing budget across all channels and manage activity to agreed budgets/targets.
* Manage relationships with global counterparts to plan acquisition strategy and campaigns, ensuring synergies are made where relevant/possible.
* Develop acquisition campaigns to acquire clients across brands, regions and key target audience segments to drive ROI.
* Work within regional EMEA marketing team to plan marketing activities and promotions to support acquisition KPIs ensuring activities are aligned to objectives.
* Ensure activities are planned with and aligned to regional marketing teams and where possible activities are leveraged across brands/regions/channels.
* Manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, creating strong relationships across the business to support delivery of acquisition strategy

Key Skills and Experience
* Customer acquisition management experience at a similar level within digitally-led marketing organisations preferably in the financial, trading spread-betting or online gambling sectors
* Analytical skills and a data-driven orientation
* Ability to develop effective long-term working relationships both within the department & across departments and at all levels within the organization
* Experience of creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting at a senior level
