Role: Digital Analyst

Day rate: Up to £290 via LTD
What will you do?:
- Identify traffic and sales data sources available via the client’s partner’s online retailers
- Report on a wide range of data sources using Google Analytics/Adobe analytics.
- Model data based on sources available and create reporting framework
- Co-operate with European analytics team
- Manage and deliver insights driven optimisation where possible
- Prepare and present performance reports and their success to wider business stakeholders demonstrating clear ROI & campaign performance
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of existing reports, tools and processes being used by the online retail team and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify and progress opportunities to improve the usability, features, or production efficiency of existing reports
- Identify new reporting requirements and opportunities to drive ROI.
- Mapping of existing and required data sources, identifying where and how the correct information can be obtained to fulfil reporting requirements
- Make suggestions on fulfilling outstanding data requirements and establishing contractual agreements with 3rd party vendors.
- Co-ordinating the data and analytics work streams with Samsung UK and European teams, partner retailers and partner agencies
- Create data correlations overlaid with specialist knowledge and a Samsung business lens, that translate into meaningful and actionable insight
- Interrogate data on an ad-hoc basis to support the production of internal and external facing deliverables.
- Prepare and present performance reports and their success to wider business stakeholders demonstrating clear ROI & campaign performance
- Drive performance and optimisation initiatives by providing context to campaign and BAU outcomes.
- Support Online Retail ad-hoc requests or projects with bespoke analysis as required
- Be responsible for day to day housekeeping of online retail digital products (e.g. Flixmedia, Channel Advisor, BazaarVoice)
Experience required:
- Experience working in a data planning environment, preferably within a digital marketing /online retail business/digital agency
- 4-5 years working experience of industry most common analytics tools (preferred: Similar Web., Brand View, AA, GA)
- Experience working with delivering insights and supporting Channel Planners/User Journey Managers.
- Team player, with ability to quickly build solid working relationships across the business
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple work streams concurrently
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive, clear, and concise communications for various audiences with minimal guidance.
- Strong MS PowerPoint & Excel
