Customer Success Manager – Paris

An exciting Marketing Technology platform with a leading social media management platform. It provides social media marketing, social advertising, content management, collaboration, advocacy and social media monitoring for large brands.
The Role:
Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the dynamic Client Success team. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in supporting tier 1 customers across EMEA:
- Be the assigned point of contact for key enterprise accounts across the UK & Europe
- Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders
- Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
- Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally
- Guarantee retention by working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Working within a single customer, you will need to drive adoption of new products and features across multiple business units
Your Profile:
The Customer Success Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer success, client success or strategic account management role or experience in a social media role for a major recognised brand
- Passionate about Customer Success: strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do. Implementing new ideas and gaining buy-in from your colleagues across the business, you will bring a clear vision for the future of Customer Success
- Proven experience operating at a senior level within a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
- Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
- Experience working with any of the following solutions could be beneficial: Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Email Marketing; Marketing Automation; eCRM; eCommerce
- Fluency in French and English
