Customer Success Manager – BI Analyics – London

The Company

One of the most exciting BI / Analytics Platforms of 2016! A unique BI / Analytics platform with unique capabilities across big data visualisation, big data management and data analysis. Currently in hyper-growth mode globally, their customer list includes several household blue-chip clients. With exceptional leadership, and consistently improving quarterly results, this vendor is the place to be.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth of their customer base and new logos won, a new opening has arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join their highly collaborative, knowledgeable sales team. The Customer Success Manager will play a strategically important role, supporting and nurturing relationships with key global customers as well taking ownership of day-to-day processes and managing C-level stakeholders.

  • Be the assigned point of contact for C-level decision makers
  • Relationship management: build strong, consultative relationships and create trust with key stakeholders
  • Identify ways to improve client growth strategies, working in tandem with Enterprise Account Managers
  • Increase adoption of new products across global businesses
  • Identify cross and upsell opportunities

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a client relationship/account management role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Previous experience building & nurturing relationships with C-level stakeholders: previous roles might include Account Manager; Relationship Manager; Partner Manager; Customer Success; Consulting; Client Services; Solution Consultant, Onboarding/Implementation
  • Expert understanding of SaaS BI/Analytics platforms with a good knowledge of Data analytics/Data visualisation
  • Some technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript would be beneficial (but not essential)
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusting relationships
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech environment
  • Degree educated from a recognised university
