Senior Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts

The Role

Having undergone a significant growth in headcount and customer base across new territories globally and as part of their continued hyper growth, a new opening has arisen for a Senior Customer Success Manager to enable value in their Top 10 Enterprise Accounts. The Senior Customer Success Manager is a key role in the business, responsible for maximising customer retention and success while also driving further revenues in the existing customer base:

  • Full responsibility for a portfolio of c.£2m of business comprised high-value enterprise accounts
  • Commercial responsibility for annual customer renewals, at-ease leading complex renewals
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders at C-level through providing strategic value-add solutions
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally

You!

The Senior Customer Success Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer success, client success or strategic account management role in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level within a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
  • Passionate about Customer Success: strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do. Implementing new ideas and gaining buy-in from your colleagues across the business, you will bring a clear vision for the future of Customer Success
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
