The Role

  • Real-time analysis of data across various apps
  • Working closely with the Product Management team
  • Identifying ways to improve reporting and increase the effectiveness of internal analysis
  • Presenting recommendations to key stakeholders so gravitas and being able to handle high pressure situations is a must
  • Keeping a good grasp on the market and being abreast of developments within the industry and especially competitors
  • Driving data innovations internally
  • Using knowledge acquired through the analysis of data to change customer satisfaction and profitability

*Requirements*

  • Experience performing quantitative analysis on large amounts of data
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Ability to visualise insight to both internal & external key stakeholders
  • Experience in utilising tools such as: R/Python
  • Strong analytical mind-set
  • Gravitas and proven track record dealing with key stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills
